These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AI Anime, including ai-anime.org, related applications, APIs, and paid features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Service Description

AI Anime provides tools for generating anime images, character concepts, edits, and short videos using AI models and supporting infrastructure. Features, model availability, queue speed, and output quality may change over time.

Billing and Credits

• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal
• One-time credits may be used according to the pricing and product rules shown at checkout
• Taxes, refunds, failed payments, and billing disputes are handled according to applicable law and provider rules
• We may limit, suspend, or reverse access to paid features when payment is reversed, fraudulent, or unpaid

User Content

You retain rights to prompts, uploads, and outputs to the extent allowed by law and by the underlying rights in that material. By using the service, you grant AI Anime a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, and display submitted content as needed to operate the product.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Anime to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights
• Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, exploitative, or abusive material
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, or payment requirements
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Generate content for fraud, impersonation, malware, or other harmful conduct

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that create legal, operational, or safety risk.

Intellectual Property

The service, product design, software, branding, and related assets belong to AI Anime or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

AI Anime relies on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, email, and AI inference. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes caused by those providers.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific output quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Anime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or reduce security and abuse risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date on this page. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
